They are most common in the ileum, but can occur anywhere along the alimentary tract from the mouth to the anus. We report a case of a 23-year-old female presented with severe epigastric and lower abdominal pain of one day duration, and was found to have perforated tubular ileal duplication communicating with the ileum on surgery.
