AB Undifferentiated spondyloarthropathies USPA can sometimes be refractory to usual disease modifying agents. Anti-tumor necrosis factor TNF-alpha agents have been shown to be effective in spondyloarthropathies. Few articles described the efficacy of TNF-alpha antagonists in USPA. Our patient had refractory Achilles tendonitis as an early manifestation of USPA which responded dramatically to infliximab treatment.
