AB  - In this case report we describe the first case of hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis with concurrent cutis marmorata telangiectatica congenita. She had pancytopenia and hepatosplenomegaly, hemophagocytic cells in spleen necropsy, and she died with respiratory failure and pseudomonas induced septicemia.
