AB  - Chronic cough is one of the most common symptoms encountered in respiratory clinics. It has a variety of differential diagnoses, and without a clear algorithmic approach, the final diagnosis can be overlooked. In this case report, we present a unique case of metastatic pancreatic cancer presented as chronic cough.
