AB  - Nodular fasciitis is a rare and benign inflammatory condition; however, it can be misdiagnosed as a malignant lesion. We report a unique case of nodular fasciitis arising from the maxillary sinus in a 2-year-old child. Our English literature review (PubMed search), revealed a total of 3 cases published as nodular fasciitis in the para-nasal sinuses, each with a different management approach.
