We report a child with panniculitic T-cell lymphoma associated with bone marrow hemophagocytosis and subcutaneous histiocytic infiltration with active phagocytosis simulating histiocytic cytophagic. We stress the importance of searching for T-cell lymphoma in patients with panniculitis and hemophagocytic syndrome.
