AB A 35-year-old Saudi female presented to the Ear, Nose and Throat clinic complaining of hoarseness of voice. Examination revealed subglottic mass, which proved to be adenoid cystic carcinoma of the larynx with adenocarcinoma hybrid. In this paper we discuss the pathological features and electron microscopy of adenoid cystic carcinoma in detail, including its differential diagnosis, prognosis and treatment.
