AB  - Papillon-Lefevre syndrome is a very rare autosomal recessive condition characterised by pronounced palmoplantar hyperkeratosis and severe early onset periodontitis, leading to early loss of teeth. Here, we report a case of Papillon-Lefevre syndrome with a brief discussion on treatment aspect.
