Patients may present with abdominal pain, dyspeptic complaints, gastrointestinal obstruction, perforation or bleeding, as well as, incidental abdominal mass in asymptomatic patients. We report a 30-year-old female patient with no history of previous illness who was presented to the emergency ward with complaints of epigastric pain and abdominal bloating. The diagnostic features and treatment of bezoar are presented.
