Donor lymphocyte infusion (DLI) is a form of adaptive cellular therapy where the transfer of cells from immunocompetent donor to patient with cancer who relapsed after bone marrow transplantation results in destruction of the malignant cells. Hereby, we review the concepts, mechanisms, and results of the application of DLI in treatment of some hematological malignancies.
