AB We report a case of a fistula between the common carotid artery and the internal jugular vein due to a hemodialysis catheter insertion. We managed the fistula by the insertion of a covered-stent at the common carotid artery, and completely sealed the fistula without immediate complications. We present this case to highlight this new successful method of treatment.
