These variations can increase the difficulty of aneurysm resection as well as the risk of venous injury and subsequent excessive bleeding during retroperitoneal and thoracic surgical interventions. Here, we report a patient with double inferior vena cava by radiographically during his investigation for the etiology of pancytopenia.
