AB  - Spontaneous coronary artery dissection SCAD is a rare condition which may result in sudden coronary occlusion, acute myocardial infarction and sudden cardiac death. The prognosis of spontaneous coronary artery dissection is uncertain and optimal treatment is unknown. We describe a case of SCAD in a 29-year-old male with acute inferior wall myocardial infarction MI and post-MI angina that was treated with drug-eluting stents.
