A) Definitions of landmarks and reference lines; B) Symmetry of the external nose was defined as a ratio of cross-sectional areas, S and S’, and calculated from the following formula: (S + 2S’)/S; C) Angle of columella was determined as an angle made by the columellar axis (median line of columella) and Line 2; D) The nasal tip/ala nose ratio was defined as a ratio of the nasal height (HH’) to nasal width (EE’); E) Angle of the nasal base was defined as an angle between Line 2 and Line 4.
